Closing the 200lbs gripper is consistent. I’ll start repping it out soon.
The difficulty is equivalent to the Captains of Crush Lv. 2 (i.e. challenging even for intermediate athletes), so I’m happy with the progress so far. Especially because a couple of months back I was struggling to close even the 150lbs one. Now I’m warming up with it for reps.
Just got a 250lbs gripper and it’s brutal. I can barely move it. Need to do proper conditioning at the current levels first – the principles never change.
Challenge accepted!
